The Focus PX 32:128 Wind Tower 10-70 system is designed to comply with the requirements of ISO13588 ?Non-destructive tests of welds with phased-array technology? and ISO 10863 ?Use of Time-of-Flight-Diffraction (TOFD)?, for inspection of Wind Tower Welds in thickness range of 10 mm to 70 mm. This kit includes a FPX-32128PR and a HSMT-FLEX scanner with two (2) C543-SM angle beam transducers, two (2) C563-SM angle beam transducers, two (2) 5L60-60X10-PWZ1-P-5-OM phased-array probes assembled with appropriate wedges, probe holders and cables. Also includes waterproof wheel encoder, 5682 preamplifier, CFU03 electric water pump and fittings and tubing for proper assembly. The softwares included are WeldSight and its ESBeam Tools compatible version. They allow creation of scan plan, set-up creation, acquisition and analysis through an intuitive workflow. Depending on skill level of user additional basic phased array and scanner training may be required by Olympus personnel and is priced separately
