Wheel Thread scanner kit dedicated to thread inspection of the wheel rolling surface. Robust and adaptable to various wheel diameters by means of a tailored mechanism. The scanner has integrated Phased Array probe (U8330679, 2.25L16-12X12-A1-P-5-OM) and wedge (E0442381, SA1-L70S-Custom-Pasawis), an encoder (U8775296, ENC1-5-LM) with magnetic wheel (U8775290, ENC1-A-MAGWHEEL-V2) and water connection. The scanner is supplied with transport case.
