Axle scanner kit dedicated for solid axle inspection. Area under the wheel is to be inspected from both sides of the wheel (from axle end and from middle part of axle) for transverse crack detection. Robust and adaptable to various shaft diameters by means of a tailored mechanism, also exhibit a latch for complete security. The scanner has integrated Phased Array inspection probe (U8330281, 3.5L16-25.6X16-A3-P-5-OM)  and wedge (Q7203345, SA3C-N45S-IHC-PASAWIS), an encoder (U8775296, ENC1-5-LM) with magnetic wheel (U8775290, ENC1-A-MAGWHEEL-V2) and water connection. Two spacers for a BA002 axle are included to ensure proper scanner position. Any additional spacers that may be required can be ordered separately. The scanner is supplied with transport case.
