HSMT-FLEX3-HT

High temperature version HSMT-Flex articulated semi-automated scanner for circumferential weld inspection of 4.5 inches pipe outside diameter (O.D.) up to flat surfaces. Supports up to 4 UT probes or 2 UT probes plus 2 phased array probes with standard inclusion. Can support up to 8 probes with optional probe holders. This kit includes a scandeck, two brakes, one waterproof wheel encoder with 5m encoder cable and Lemo connector compatible with current generation of OmniScan and Focus instruments, 4 spring loaded arms (SLA), 4 yokes for TOFD/PE UT probes wedges, 2 yokes for standard Phased Array probes wedges, 4 magnetic wheels, two frame bars of 400mm and two of 550mm, carrying case, irrigation tubes and fitting, basic spare parts, and zipper tube protective sleeve. Notes: Probes and wedge are not included. Max temps is 300C (572F) with the ScanDeck and 350C (662F) without the ScanDeck installed.
