Adaptor to connect one Phased Array probe with hypertronic connector to an instrument with one OmniScan connector input. IMPORTANT NOTE: This adaptor CAN NOT be connected directly to the OmniScan MX2. To make the connection, a PA extension cable is needed (E128P type).
